supports material management workflows that
are unique to hospital stores and pharmacies.
It
seamlessly integrates Purchase, Main Stores,
Sub-stores, Receiving Bay and various consumption
points in a hospital. Inventory of materials
can be tracked and managed across different
stores.

HIRePS – MMS includes the following
modules:
Purchase
(General & Pharmacy) - The
purchase module enables placing of purchase
orders with the vendors, acknowledges the
receipt of the material and enables all
purchase related functions.
Receiving Bay
- Receiving bay or station is a place where
entries of materials received against a
purchase order are made. The details captured
include items received, their quantity and
free quantity if any received etc.
Main Stores (General
& Pharmacy) - This system
seamlessly integrates the purchase department,
sub-stores and various consumption-points
(like wards, departments etc) in the hospital
making acquisition, consumption and distribution
of medical and non-medical materials easy
to handle.
Sub-stores
- module supports both non-consumable stores
and consumable stores. The sub-stores independently
procure materials by placing purchase requisition
to purchase department.
